Geeta Vadhera, an award-winning contemporary Indian artist with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from the Delhi College of Arts, has been painting for more than 20 years.  She owns and operates art gallery Studio Geeta Vadhera in Noida, a suburb of New Delhi.  Her career has included design assignments for Christian Dior; she has been a planner of the New Delhi Festival of Arts and a producer of audio visuals and television and radio programs; she is a poet, and writer of children's books.

With 33 exhibitions to date, her paintings have been shown in Australia, France, Germany, India, Italy, Malaysia, and Singapore.  In 2004, she was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, London.
