Arthur Braginsky was born on June 25, 1965, in Mukachevo, Ukraine.  Following graduation at Mukachevo Art School he studied in Lviv I. Fedorov Polygraphic Institute.  He has worked as a lights artist in the regional philharmonic in Uzhgorod, and later as a decorator in Russian dramatic theater.  

His paintings have been exhibited in Germany, Hungary, and Ukraine.
