The Images of Eyes Gallery consists of two distinctly different and separate galleries with a connecting subject theme:  each image in both galleries has one or more eyes or at least suggests the presence of an eye!

Gallery I exhibits art work which focuses on images and paintings of eyes--the art work collected from Mar 1, 2000, to Nov 30, 2001, with many new exhibits added since the latter date.  There is a thumbnail image for each full-size image in Gallery I.  Click on any country name to view the thumbnail images.  Click on any artist's name to by-pass the thumbnails and go to the full-size images in the artist's exhibit.  Gallery I may include a few nude paintings.  They will eventually be removed from Gallery I or moved to Gallery II.  

Gallery II (link at bottom of page) was created on Dec 1, 2001.  It exhibits only nude paintings and images which may be considered erotic or sensual.  (There are no thumbnail images for Gallery II.)

If available, the exhibit in either gallery also includes the URL (address) where the artist's works can be seen (or a link to the URL), and the artist's email address and biography.

Gallery I -- Choose a country

The art work and paintings in Gallery I are shown alphabetically by country name, and in each country, the artists' exhibits are shown alphabetically by last name.

In addition to the standard navigation choices available from your browser, each page has several navigation choices.  For example, to view art work related to China, select "C countries" and make your selection(s) from the resulting list.  From an artist's exhibit of full-size images, you can select another country by using the alpha list at the bottom of the page, or select "Previous artist" or "Next artist" at the bottom of the page.  "Next artist" will take you alphabetically forward through the artists' exhibits in a continuous loop.  "Previous artist" reverses the loop.

You can also search for a specific artist's name, country name, or other gallery content, by using the Google search engine link at the bottom of each page.

You may wish to look at the alphabetical list of all artist's names in Gallery I; this list also shows the artist's country.  All of the country-artist names are linked to their respective image pages.

There is also a one-page consolidated list of all countries and artists in Gallery I and Gallery II.  The countries are listed alphabetically, and within each country the artists' names are listed alphabetically by last name.  All of the country-artist names are linked to their respective image pages.
