A teacher of painting and mathematics, Ari Liimatainen is from Äänekoski, Finland.  Ari began his painting career in 1996.  His works have been exhibited in Finland and Estonia.  On demand, he paints guitars, walls, and cars.  His motto:  the picture is to be done in earnest, but not seriously.  More works by Ari--each as witty, whimsical, and imaginative as the ones below--can be viewed at his website.
